You are directing a play based on this book. Your lighting director asks you to choose a color to help create the mood of the opening scene. What associations do you have with this color that made you choose it? How does it fit with "No, David!"?

The color I would choose for the opening scene of the play would be red-orange. I chose red-orange as the color to represent the mood because, in my opinion, it gives me a silly but rude(red) feeling. In the story that is how David's character was because he got in trouble alot.

ReplyDeleteI would use a color that isn't particularly pleasing, like a muddy orange color, indicating that things are not going too well for our character.

ReplyDeletethe color i would probley say would be blue becase at the end of the story david broke a glass and got in trouble and was feellin down so ya
ReplyDeleteI would choose a bright orange or yellow because bright colors to me represent mischief and that's what this story is all about.
